The content on the Cbuy website may only be reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise used after prior written consent of Cbuy.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Product Return Policy

In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/Distributors can return/exchange the product. The customers/Distributors must contact the Distributor/Company from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products. In case the customer returns the product, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer's need for a money refund or replacement of the product. The Distributor can then return these products, with the original Invoice to the Company. The Company will replace these products free of cost, or if the distributor does not want the same products, the Company will give a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the Distributor for purchasing products of their choice.

Buy Back Policy

The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the distributor who wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any Cbuy products that are in good condition, usable, resaleable, restock-able, unopened, and unaltered, and must have a shelf life of at least four months. If the Distributor resigns within 15 days from the purchase of the products, Cbuy shall provide a full refund for the products to the Distributor. If the Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 15 days from the date of purchase of products from Cbuy, the amount refunded will be equal to the distributor's cost of the products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase, less 10% service charge. The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.

• The Applicant should have completed 18 years of age on the date of agreement and shall be competent to enter into the contract as provided in the Indian Contract Act.

• After activating the ID, everyone must attend 1 day of Training (3hours -Online Training). The company's Trainer will explain all the details about the Company and its business promotion structure- all in detail
• After the completion of training/24 hours Customer will have to complete his/her Direct Selling Agreement through the company's website www.cbuykart.com. After the completion of DSA customer will be promoted as BP-Business Promoter, with his/her consent only.
• BP- should undergo 5 days of training (online 3 hours each, total 15 hours and he/she should pay ₹100 as Training Fee to the Company
• The company's benefits and rights start from BP onwards
• ASM should have recruited 3 Nos of BP on behalf of the Company before his/her next promotion
• SM should have recruited 3 Nos of BP on behalf of the Company before his/her next promotion
• GM should have recruited 5 Nos of BP on behalf of The Company before his/her next promotion
• DM should have recruited 7 Nos of BP on behalf of the Company before his/her next promotion
• BM should have recruited 2 Nos of SS every month on behalf of the Company
